Hi All, The first step to take is passing the VMware Enterprise Administrator (VEA) exam. This is my current goal. VMware released a blueprint paper for the VMware Enterprise Administration Exam that can be used to study / prep for the exam. I used this document (version 3.5) to create the following webpage that holds the questions from this document followed by the answer where I was able to provide one. I do not think the answer are all complete nor perfect, but it might give you some head start with the exam prep. There are more people doing the same thing as I am doing here. Not that I think I can do this better, but this is the best way to learn for me! In the More Info chapter you will find links to other studie guides and valuable VMware admin guides etc. When I have passed the VEA exam I will take on the VMware design exam. There is a blueprint available here. Please feel free to comment of any of the sections with corrections or additions when the comment systems comes online. UPDATE 1st of March: On VMworld a presentation was given stating the path to follow to become a VCDX certified person. Read here for more info... UPDATE 8th april 2009: Recently I heard that I passed the Enterprise administrator exam! Yeah! I So finished most of the chaptors on this site, and I think the Enterprise Administrator Learning guid / readme, etc. is quite complete now! (if you disagree, please drop me a line!). On to the next, on the the written Design Exam! Just like the Enterprise Admin exam I will be posting all my progress on the Design Exam on this site!
Have fun reading!
